Job Description

Responsibilities;

· Together with the Team Managers, be the first point of contact for game presenters and new starters

· Training new starters as well as carry out examinations for current Game Presenters

· Provide feedback to trainees and Game Presenters and keep direct managers updated on the learning progress of their teams

· Grade exams, conduct progress reports, monitor, and review the progress of trainees and non-trainee Game Presenters

· Drive newcomer results to meet Floor Management department KPI targets

· Manage ongoing formal evaluation of employees during shift

· Monitor performance of game presenters and improve the quality of our products

· Foster a safe, secure, and comfortable work environment for Evolution Game Presenters

· Ensure continuous communication flow with Game Presenters within the allocated teams and with other departments

· Any ad-hoc duties may be required.

Qualifications

· Degree level qualification/s in either Psychology, Sociology, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business or a related field

· Previous working experience in either Education, Sales, Coaching or Customer Service related field

· Excellent command of English both verbal and written is mandatory

· Leadership skills with the capacity to manage confidential information

· Capable of working productively with a high level of tact, diplomacy and flexibility

· Fluent in one or more of the mentioned languages: Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, German, Italian, Japanese and/or Korean would be considered an asset

· Ability to work independently but also within a collaborative team environment

· Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders

· Proactive and keen to drive change with demonstrable capacity to operate in a rapidly changing environment

· Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving results within agreed the timeframes and under time pressure

· Product knowledge and industry experience required.
