Our client is a leading provider of laboratory software solutions

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth in a European territory.

60% New business / 40% Account Management.

Average deal size : from 150k to 4M€.

Typical deal cycle: 3 to 20 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Lead account planning, targeted campaigns, and competitive strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business updates.

Profile

  • Fluent in English and french

  • Italian, Spanish is a plus

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B or technical solution sales.

  • Experience in laboratory software or informatics, or in Pharma, Biotech, Food & Bev, Oil & Gas, Chemical, is a plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Organized, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.

  • Willing to travel occasionally within Europe.
