About the opportunity

Join our European Technical Service team of around 40 experts supporting customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In this office‑based role, you will use your molecular biology knowledge and German language skills to help researchers, scientists and clinicians troubleshoot and succeed with their experiments. If you enjoy combining science with customer interaction in a collaborative, international environment, this role is a great fit for you.

Your tasks include

  • Providing prompt, professional and accurate technical support to our German‑speaking and international customers via phone and email.
  • Understanding and advising on experimental setups involving QIAGEN products across molecular biology workflows.
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge of technologies, products and internal processes.
  • Contributing to improvements of service processes and future support solutions.
  • Managing and prioritizing incoming requests to meet customer and team needs.

Your profile

  • Practical laboratory experience with core molecular biology techniques (e.g., nucleic acid extraction, PCR, qPCR).
  • Fluency in French and English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a positive attitude in dynamic and changing environments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in molecular biology.
  • Enjoy working in a team‑oriented, service‑focused environment.
