KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Review & Moderation
ā Monitor and validate user-generated content in accordance with defined rules and policies.
ā Review sensitive topics, behaviours and interactions within online spaces.
ā Apply moderation decisions consistently, ensuring accuracy and speed.
Advertisement & Copyright Verification
ā Review promotional materials and user uploads for compliance.
ā Ensure all content aligns with platform safety, copyright standards and community guidelines.
Incident & Behaviour Analysis
ā Investigate flagged content with attention to detail.
ā Follow structured protocols and document decisions clearly.
ā Exercise sound judgement in identifying potential risks or policy breaches.
User Experience & Safety
ā Contribute actively to maintaining a respectful, secure and trustworthy digital environment.
ā Suggest improvements to processes and user experience when applicable.
LANGUAGES REQUIRED
Native-level fluency in one of the following languages:
French, Italian, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Polish, Russian, Turkish or Dutch.
All candidates must also demonstrate solid English communication skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS
