We are looking for a Conversation Designer (m/f/x) in Portugal/Poland/Moldova/Czech Republic, to design conversational experiences for chatbots, voice assistants, and other conversational AI systems.
Responsibilities:
Create a natural and engaging dialogue flow that delivers a seamless user experience;
Develop conversation designs for chatbots, voice assistants, and other conversational AI systems;
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of conversation designs into the overall user experience;
Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points, and develop solutions to address them;
Create dialogue flows, intents, and responses that align with the users expectations and goals;
Test, refine, and iterate conversation designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Qualifications:
Languages: proficiency in English and one of the additional languages German/Italian/French is a must.
Experience with conversation design tools, such as Omilia, Amilia, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson or other;
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies;
Experience with user research and analysis, including conducting surveys and usability tests;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong knowledge with Genesys/Cisco/Asterisk or similar software.
A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction or Communication Design;
Experience requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a conversation designer.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and UX designers
Experienced working with remote teams, applying agile methodologies, and possessing effective communication and presentation skills with teams.
