We are looking for a Corporate / SME Credit Risk Analyst to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.
Credit risk assessments, portfolio management:
Credit risk assessments for clients and financial assessment for suppliers (onboarding assessment and monitoring).
Participate in credit decision-making processes.
Manage a portfolio of loans and the relationship with clients with regard to credit risk.
Develop and refine credit risk policies, processes and frameworks for different markets.
Perform data analysis to derive portfolio insights and improve risk management strategies.
BaaS projects management and settlement reviews:
Conduct financial assessments, including settlement risk analysis, for BaaS initiatives.
Oversee the full credit risk lifecycle of BaaS projects, including eligibility criteria, data structuring, validation rules, policy development, contract reviews and testing.
Lead negotiations with partners on credit risk-related topics to align with internal policies.
Settlement limits management & monitoring (daily basis).
Prepare and present in-depth feasibility analyses, including financial modeling and extensive calculations.
Monitor and report on project risk metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
Prepare clear and concise reports on portfolio performance and policy updates for senior management and the Group.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SME/ Corporate banking
B.S. or Master's Degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, mathematics, econometrics or related
Fluency in English, other European languages are considered a plus
Good communication skills, both in drafting and orally as well as strong presentation skills;
Team player, ability to build good interpersonal relationships and like to work in close partnership with the people in the business
Ability and openness to work in a dynamic team
Nice to have:
Good knowledge of SQL
Extensive experience in banking / credit risk
