We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international team based in Athens. Depending on the project and profile, the role can be on-site, hybrid, or fully remote.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information and efficient issue resolution
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow internal procedures and quality standards
Record interactions in internal systems
Requirements
Native or near-native proficiency in one of the listed languages
Good level of English for internal communication
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Flexibility to work in shifts (project dependent)
EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit (for Greece-based roles)
