We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for an onsite project based in Athens. This is a separate project where C2-level language proficiency is mandatory. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow internal processes and quality guidelines
Escalate complex cases when necessary
C2-level proficiency in one of the listed languages
Good command of English (minimum B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work onsite in Athens
Valid EU work permit is required
Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role
Previous customer support experience is a plus
