About the Role

Are you fluent in English and another European language?
Join international customer service teams across Southern Europe in sunny Greece, beautiful Bulgaria, coastal Portugal, or vibrant Spain! ️

Youll be the first point of contact for global brands, helping customers by phone, email, or chat. Whether youre supporting a travel company, tech giant, or lifestyle brand, youll receive full training and enjoy a multicultural workplace where every language matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in your native language via chat, email, or phone
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions with empathy and professionalism

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow quality standards

  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and one EU language (German, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Polish, Dutch, French, or Portuguese)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

  • Basic computer skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment

  • EU citizenship or valid EU work permit for the country where the job is based
