As a Front of House (FOH) Cashier at Ggiata, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our guests and ensures their experience is nothing short of exceptional. From taking orders to handling transactions, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality. If you have at least one year of experience in a similar role, a passion for great food, and a knack for connecting with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As a FOH Cashier, your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. - Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests feel valued and heard. - Handling cash and card transactions with precision and care. - Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. - Providing information about our menu items and making recommendations when needed. - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours. - Upholding Ggiata’s commitment to exceptional hospitality and quality.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry. - A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - A genuine passion for food and delivering outstanding guest experiences. - Dependability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
