Who we are?
Gelupo has been making the best gelato this side of the Alps for over a decade, sweetening life from its retail store in the heart of London’s Soho and online.
The second venture from Chef Jacob Kenedy, who is also behind Bocca di Lupo, Gelupo is located just opposite the award-winning restaurant on Archer Street.
At Gelupo, we make all our gelati in-house, using the finest ingredients in the market and real Italian recipes. Our customers will always find house favourites joined by an ever-changing selection of seasonal and unexpected flavours.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a full-time, passionate, detail oriented and hardworking FOH team members. People who take pride in delivering top notch service and going the extra mile to create a memorable guest experience.
Desirable skills we would like you to have:
• Be confident in your barista skills
• Be keen to use your interpersonal traits to awe our customers
• Have the energy and the passion it takes to ensure the highest standards of service are consistently achieved
• Feel comfortable to work on your own, but equally enjoy working with your colleagues in a nice and relaxed environment.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Greeting customers and answering their questions.
• Scooping ice-cream and making coffees
• Stocking and restocking merchandise as needed
• Managing transactions
• Liaising with managers
• Following cleaning rota
• Opening and closing shifts
• Receiving product deliveries
