As we expand across the Phoenix Valley in 2026, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead one of our existing locations and support the launch of future stores through travel, training, and leadership development.
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $75,000 – $80,000
Bonus potential: $19,500 yearly Bonus + $43,875 Deffered

At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and modern restaurant tech tools
Strong communication, leadership, and operational skills
As a General Manager, you’ll drive results by creating a world-class culture for your team and ensuring every guest experience reflects our Sicilian hospitality. You’ll also serve as a key partner in the training and development of future leadership and help lay the groundwork for new store openings throughout the Phoenix market.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, FOH and BOH
Lead and mentor managers, supervisors, and hourly team members
Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and food quality
Act as the primary point of contact for customer service and team leadership
Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees with excellence
Coach and support team members through performance management and goal setting
Forecast inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on reporting, planning, and strategic growth
Travel as needed to assist with training, onboarding, and opening new locations in 2026
