Role overview
The HR Summer Intern will support the HR team across a variety of ongoing projects and day-to-day activities, with a strong focus on HR operations, project implementation, and process improvement. This role offers hands-on exposure to how HR functions in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
• Support the implementation and follow-up of HR projects (e.g. process improvements, documentation, system updates).
• Assist with HR administration and data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Help maintain and update HR documentation (policies, guidelines, templates).
• Support employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, changes).
• Assist with HR systems (e.g. HRIS updates, data checks, reporting).
• Participate in cross-functional and international coordination when required.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team.
Learning opportunities

Profile
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• English required; additional European languages are a plus.
