We are hiring an Italian Speaking Airline Customer Care Specialist to support passengers of a well-known airline. The role is based in Greece and includes a full relocation package.
Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
Handle inquiries related to baggage, check-in, and travel policies
Support customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Ensure a positive customer experience
Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English
Customer service experience is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
EU passport or valid Greek work permit
