Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Assist customers in navigating the company’s products and services, delivering helpful and concise information.
- Quickly resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document customer interactions accurately and perform follow-ups to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide relevant assistance.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous customer service experience, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to creating positive customer experiences.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with computer systems and CRM tools.
