Role Overview
You will provide customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to ensure fast, friendly, and effective support for users while representing a high-quality international company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Italian through phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues
- Maintain a professional tone and high customer satisfaction
- Follow company procedures and service-quality guidelines
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer needs
- Document all interactions accurately in the system
Requirements
- Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
- English level B1 or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
