We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join international support teams working with world-renowned global brands.

Role Overview

You will provide customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to ensure fast, friendly, and effective support for users while representing a high-quality international company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Italian through phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues
  • Maintain a professional tone and high customer satisfaction
  • Follow company procedures and service-quality guidelines
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer needs
  • Document all interactions accurately in the system

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
  • English level B1 or higher
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
