What Is the Job About
You will assist Italian-speaking customers with questions, account matters, product support and issue resolution. Communication will take place via phone, email, chat and internal case systems. You will follow defined workflows, document interactions accurately, collaborate with colleagues and ensure each customer receives professional and friendly support.
