Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and support requests via email in Italian
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Provide comprehensive information about products and services as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve more complex customer issues
- Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve support processes

Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or email support preferred
