As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional technical support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and updates to provide the most relevant information to clients.
  • Offer proactive support and advice to enhance the user experience.


Requirements
  • Fluent in Italian (both written and verbal); proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and helpdesk software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
