As a Remote Support Specialist, you will communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat, providing timely solutions and knowledgeable guidance. Your fluency in Italian will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately
- Document client interactions and support cases in our CRM system
- Assist clients in understanding product features and improve their experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to address more complex inquiries as needed
- Gather client feedback to inform service improvements
- Engage in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills and a dedication to client satisfaction
- Experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
- Proficiency in customer support software and platforms is a plus
