We are Ynvolve, an independent IT circular system integrator focusing on the Managed Service Provider space. We have been in business since 2006 and are headquartered in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

This is you:

Your main responsibility will consist of developing the Italian market:

  • Turning prospects into clients by actively following up on the leads and seeking business opportunities

  • Maintaining and growing existing accounts

  • Support, improve, and update the team with internal processes

Your day in the office:

It’s just like real life at Ynvolve: every day is unique. Which we like. A day in the marketing team consists of various tasks, but this is how a day at our offices could look:

09:00 Start your morning with a coffee and a quick catch-up with your teammates. You talk through priorities, share updates on deals, and check what everyone needs support with.

09:30 You focus on building and managing relationships with your clients. You listen to their needs, explore new opportunities together, and become their trusted point of contact.

10:30 You look into buying IT equipment for and from your clients. You compare prices, check product availability, and make sure everything aligns with the agreements you have made.

11:30 You negotiate your own deals. You do this independently, but you always have the support of a team that is ready to help you when needed.

12:30 Enjoy a lovely buffet lunch and try to master some of the 25+ languages spoken by your colleagues. A quick after-lunch walk outside with your colleagues will give you new energy for the rest of the day.

13:30 You follow up with new and ongoing leads. You send updates, answer questions, and make sure all communication is clear and friendly.

14:30 You enter your sales activities into our CRM. You keep everything up to date so your team can work smoothly and stay aligned.

15:30 You check deadlines and make sure the team delivers on time. You work closely together, communicate clearly, and help each other where needed.

16:00 You connect with teammates from other departments and with colleagues abroad. You exchange updates, ask questions, and make sure everything is aligned across the company.

16:30 You take a moment to learn something new. It can be a product detail, a new sales skill, or a fresh idea that inspires you. You share your ideas with the team to help us improve. You believe that every voice matters, and your input helps shape the way we grow.

17:00 You wrap up your time in the office by joining a fun workout session in the company gym. We believe in working hard and having fun along the way to create a supportive and enjoyable working environment that you’ll love being a part of.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a (similar) sales role.
