Support customers with software-related inquiries and system usage
Guide users through platform functionalities and processes
Troubleshoot basic technical or access-related issues
Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English skills
Experience in customer support or software-related roles is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with digital tools
EU passport or valid Greek work permit
