(Junior) Amazon & Marketplace Manager Italy (f/m/d)

Location: Hamburg (HH), Düsseldorf (NRW, Remote (Germany)

In this role, you will drive the day-to-day development of our marketplace business in Italy, covering Amazon as well as additional marketplaces and e-pharmacies. You will work hands-on in Seller Central, implement optimizations across listings, content, pricing, and promotions, and steer actions based on key performance metrics.

• You manage and grow our Amazon business in Italy, with a focus on growth, visibility, and profitability.
• You work hands-on in Amazon Seller Central (e.g., listings, variations, content, deals, pricing, account-related topics).
• You support the development and management of additional marketplaces and e-pharmacies in Italy, including coordinating initiatives and execution.
• You coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners (e.g., content, design, supply chain, agencies).
• You identify market and competitor opportunities and drive structured optimizations.
• You track key KPIs, derive actions, and provide clear recommendations.
• You support marketplace initiatives and projects related to the Italian market.

• Italian native speaker (required).
• Amazon expertise, especially Seller Central experience (required).
• Relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or an Amazon-focused role.
• Data-driven mindset, confident working with performance KPIs and translating insights into actions.
• Structured and reliable execution, strong ownership and accountability.
• Clear stakeholder communication, team player, pragmatic problem solver.
• Good English skills for internal collaboration (German optional, depending on team setup).
