What Are You Going to Do?
AIOPSGROUP, part of valantic, is expanding its sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help accelerate our growth in digital accessibility and eCommerce services. In this role, you will engage mid-market and enterprise customers across Europe and the US, create new business opportunities, and play a key part in strengthening our presence in the accessibility and commerce technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cold calling, outreach emails, and LinkedIn prospecting to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers across key industries such as retail, finance, telecom, education, and technology.
- Present our Accessibility-as-a-Service offerings, EAA/ADA readiness solutions, auditing services, and eCommerce QA/testing capabilities.
- Drive partnership development within the web and digital ecosystem by engaging agencies, technology providers, and other potential collaborators.
- Coordinate demos, discovery calls, and proposal preparations in close cooperation with internal technical experts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records while tracking all outbound sales activities.
- Meet monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, booked meetings, new opportunities, and partnership engagements.
What Do We Expect?
- Excellent English(C1–C2), both spoken and written.
- German, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in sales, SDR/BDR roles, or outbound prospecting is preferred.
- Strong communication, confidence on the phone, and ability to handle objections.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume structured follow-ups.
- Interest in digital technologies, websites, eCommerce platforms, and SaaS tools is a plus.
