Sales Representative with Italian

Location: Warsaw (Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working remotely).


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advising and supporting customers throughout their trial period;
  • Upgrading customers from free trials to paid plans;
  • Cross-selling additional products to existing customers;
  • Accurately tracking all activities in Salesforce or other reporting tools, as directed by team leaders;
  • Providing occasional support at events attended by the company.


    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2+ years of sales experience (preferably within e-commerce);
    • Full professional proficiency in Italian;
    • Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a strong plus;
    • Strong understanding that successful sales rely on active and consistent communication with clients (through any channel);
    • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills (or a strong motivation to develop them);
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Outreach is a big advantage;
    • Previous experience in e-commerce is an asset;
    • SaaS experience is also welcome.
