The Aspen Opera Theater and VocalARTS (AOTVA) Titles Manager provides administrative support for the AOTVA program at the Aspen Music Festival and School (AMFS). The AOTVA program is under the co-artistic direction of Renée Fleming and Patrick Summers. The upcoming season will utilize the AMFS orchestras, the 2050-seat Klein Music Tent, and the historic Wheeler Opera House throughout an encompassing 8-week summer season. This season’s mainstage productions will be Benjamin Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Mozart’s The Magic Flute. The Titles Manager is the primary manager of all title systems at the Wheeler Opera House and Klein Music Tent and utilizes the Aspen Music Festival & School’s computer-based presentation program and full-sized LED display system for supertitles. This position reports to the AOTVA Company Manager and works with the guidance of the Editor-in-Chief, Programs.

Pre-season (remote): May 13, 2026-June 3, 2026. 3 weeks at 20 hrs/week. (Begin preparation of titles for mainstage operas and Wheeler Opera House performances.)
Season: June 4, 2026-August 26, 2026
Compensation
$18/hour plus housing provided by AMFS (valued at a minimum of $5.16/hour depending on location). Overtime $27/hour
Benefits include AMFS season pass and paid sick time.
