Your role in our shared journey  

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of our wholesale business across one or more international markets. As a Wholesale Planner, you will own demand planning and forecasting for your markets, translating commercial ambition into clear, data-driven plans that support sustainable growth.
 
This is a commercially exposed role. You will work closely with Sales, Merchandising, and Finance, using data, judgement, and strong stakeholder skills to influence decisions in environments where not all information is perfect or available. You will be expected to challenge assumptions, extract insight from commercial teams, and turn complexity into clear direction.
 
Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing fresh perspectives, commercial curiosity, and the confidence to influence how we plan and invest across our wholesale markets. 

 
Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Own end-to-end wholesale demand planning and forecasting for assigned markets, customers, or product groups.
  • Build seasonal sales forecasts and financial ranges using historical performance, market insight, and commercial input.
  • Act as a key planning partner to Sales and Merchandising, proactively extracting information and challenging assumptions where needed.
  • Analyse trends, risks, and opportunities to support investment decisions across categories and accounts.
  • Lead forecast alignment across stakeholders, coordinating and facilitating forecast and trade discussions.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Take ownership of planning-related projects and process improvements to increase forecast quality and business clarity. 

 
You have the following skills: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in wholesale planning, retail planning, demand planning, merchandising, or a closely related commercial planning role.
  • Strong experience working with products and seasonality (e.g. footwear, apparel, sporting goods, FMCG, or consumer products).
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with commercial stakeholders in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical capability with confident Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, scenario analysis) and the ability to tell a clear story with data.
  • Commercial mindset with curiosity, ambition, and a desire to grow in scope and responsibility over time.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete data, using judgement as well as numbers.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus but not required.
